I ordered from zoommer.ge and the delivery showed up a bit later than I expected. The tracking wasn’t super clear either, so I was kinda just waiting around wondering what was going on. The item arrived fine though, so no big issue. Not bad overall, just wish it was a little more reliable.

I was surprised by the prices here?! I looked at a few phones and accessories, and the exact same kind of stuff is cheaper at other shops. It just doesn’t feel like good value for the money. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again

This was a really frustrating experience. I tried to get help with a return and the warranty, but they basically refused both and just wasted my time. I wouldnt buy from them again.

I’ll admit I tend to focus a lot on the feel and finish of things, and this just felt cheap to me right away. I wasn’t really worried about the packaging or anything else once I noticed that. It doesn’t seem like the original quality I was expecting.

Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than it should have. The whole delay felt avoidable, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I bought a pair of headphones in the store and had a good experience overall. I’m usually particular about getting quick help and not feeling rushed, and the staff handled that well. They helped me fast, answered what I needed, and the whole thing went smoothly.

I was 100% sure the installment option was available because it clearly looked like it was, but then checkout just kept failing over and over. I contacted support, and they basically told me to try again later, which was not helpful at all. it was extremely annoying.

The website itself was okay and I found what I needed, but the checkout part was a little confusing. I kept feeling like the wording was more polished than helpful, which always makes me a bit suspicious. It worked in the end, but the process could definitely be clearer

I use zoommer.ge often because they usually have the phone models and accessories I’m looking for. Of course, with my luck, the exact color or memory version I want sometimes disappears first, but they still seem to have better stock than a lot of other shops here.

The only annoying thing is that the website stock info could be updated faster. I had to call once just to make sure something was actually available, which felt like one more thing I had to deal with. Still, overall it was a good experience, so I’d give them 4 stars.
